TILMA Applicant:

This category is for an Alberta Land Surveyor (ALS) applying to become a BC land surveyor (BCLS) under an agreement between the Alberta Land Surveyors Association (ALSA) and the Association of BC Land Surveyors (ABCLS) pursuant to the Trade, Investment & Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA).

Qualified land surveyors from Alberta wishing to become a BCLS must fill in and submit the application below. They will be required to write a jurisdictional examination once their application has been approved. The ALS will be registered as a Land Surveyor Associate until such time as the ALS has passed the jurisdictional exam and been sworn in as a BC Land Surveyor. The LSA annual registration fee will be applied to the annual fees for registering as a BCLS.

I will forward $28.00 ($25.00 + $3.00 HST) to cover the fee for this application. If accepted I agree to pay annual dues in the amount of $224.00 ($200.00 + $24.00 HST).
