The Association has recently compiled a table of legislation showing statutes and regulations which pertain to the Practise of Land Surveying. This compilation indicates the applicable legislation or regulation and the sections that relate to the Practise of Land Surveying. Each statute or regulation is hyperlinked for easy access to the particular document located on the legislation website. All land surveyors, land surveyors in training, land surveyor associates and survey students should make themselves aware of this legislation as it may affect their daily practice.
